Last year, the Canary Islands was the second most preferred Spanish autonomous community by foreigners when buying real estate. Only the Balearic Islands were slightly above. This is reflected in the 2022 Yearbook of Real Estate Registry Statistics. This has the participation of practically all the Spanish Property Registries.
