Case dismissed and case closed

In relation to the complaint of the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the alleged offence of false documentation, on the 19th of October, the promoter of the Casilla de Costa project, Mr. Jesús Fernández-Hijicos, promoter of Casilla de Costa Real Estate, was summoned to make a statement and, on the aforementioned date, he declared and provided all the documentation necessary for the investigation, in which he was accused of false documentation. As a result, the judge concluded with the provisional dismissal and archiving of the case.
From Casilla de Costa we want to be the first to watch over the good work of our company, which belongs to a highly criticised sector and is the cause of mistrust and the object of accusations.
