At Casilla de Costa we have designed a new hybrid concept of single-family housing, and we have given shape to Costa Lobos.

ECO FRIENDLY Philosophy
The semi-detached villas of Costa Lobos are designed in two-storey buildings, preserving the visual impact on the privileged surroundings of the town of Villaverde (in the municipality of La Oliva), located in such an exceptional area as the north of the island of Fuerteventura.
At Casilla de Costa we have never hesitated to use renewable energies. Nowadays, the idea of reducing the impact on the environment and saving energy is part of our construction philosophy. Casilla de Costa is totally eco-friendly.
And we implement this philosophy in all our developments. Our projects have our own boilers based on an air conditioning system that allows us to take advantage of the energy in the air: aerothermics. For the perimeter insulation of the homes we use mineral rock wool, one of the most highly valued non-polluting insulation materials to achieve thermal insulation as well as waterproof and fireproof insulation.
The optimal control of the general drainage network is a service included in the maintenance of the urbanization which, otherwise, would be both unfavourable for the environment and inconvenient for the owners.
In addition, Casilla de Costa has several fire hydrants installed in the complex and the communal areas are cared for without the use of chemical products and maintained thanks to the use of our own technological water recycling plant. At the same time, for environmental care, we have developed a biological control service in our gardens and flowerbeds.
