After the success of the first three phases of Costa Ancor, the fourth phase is now a reality. Corralejo, one of the most emblematic villages in the north of the island, still conserves its seafaring spirit and charm, with the port and the Muelle Chico (small pier) standing out, but it also has the Natural Park of the Corralejo Dunes, a paradise granted to us by the nature of this place.

But not only that, in the north of Fuerteventura you will find places as impressive as the island of Lobos, a small unspoilt island that you can visit in just 15 minutes, a surfing village like Lajares or a picturesque village like Majanicho, located in an exceptional bay.

El Cotillo is another of the best known areas, a small fishing village with incredible wild beaches, as is La Oliva, the old capital of Majorca.

These wonders, to which should be added the natural monument of the Tindaya Mountain or the Vallebrón viewpoint, make up the territory of Casilla de Costa. More than a paradise.

The benefits of our flats

The Costa Ancor flats are designed to be efficient homes. They not only offer functionality, but also integrate a series of features that are completely beneficial in day-to-day living, while at the same time providing a modern and exclusive design with spacious and welcoming spaces.

Our flats combine the use of state-of-the-art materials and finishes, durable and resistant to the passing of time and the island’s tropical climate. In addition, they are easy to maintain, which means savings and comfort.

The houses are soundproofed and thermally insulated, so they are free of noise and balanced in temperature to make our residence more pleasant. For greater peace of mind, we use double plasterboard interior lining.

But that is not all. If the lack of drinking water in the Canary Islands is well known by all, and especially in times of high tourism, Casilla de Costa has a water tank with a capacity of 2,000 m³ with its own pumping equipment capable of covering the entire supply of the urbanization, as well as having efficient sewage collectors and maintaining an optimal control of the general circuit of the entire complex.

In addition to all this, we have state-of-the-art boilers that use renewable energy, which is a double advantage: great energy savings and reduced environmental impact.

In short, our Costa Ancor flats are all in one: functionality, efficiency and design.

HARMONY IN THE ENVIRONMENT

ECO FRIENDLY Philosophy

Each of the four phases of the Costa Ancor development is designed in one or two-storey buildings, preserving the visual impact on the privileged surroundings of the town of Villaverde (in the municipality of La Oliva), located in the exceptional territory of the north of the island of Fuerteventura.

At Casilla de Costa we have never hesitated to use renewable energies. Nowadays, the idea of reducing the impact on the environment and saving energy is part of our construction philosophy. Casilla de Costa is totally eco-friendly.

And we implement this philosophy in all our developments. Our projects have our own boilers based on an air conditioning system that allows us to take advantage of the energy in the air: aerothermics. For the perimeter insulation of the homes we use mineral rock wool, one of the most highly valued non-polluting insulating materials to achieve thermal insulation as well as waterproof and fireproof insulation.

The optimal control of the general drainage network is a service included in the maintenance of the urbanization which, otherwise, would be both unfavourable for the environment and inconvenient for the owners.

In addition, Casilla de Costa has several fire hydrants installed in the complex and the communal areas are cared for without the use of chemical products and maintained thanks to the use of our own technological water recycling plant. At the same time, for environmental care, we have developed a biological control service in our gardens and flowerbeds.

It couldn’t be any other way, being eco-friendly is the best bet for the Casilla de Costa residential complex.
