For this reason, at Casilla de Costa we have a clean water tank with a capacity of 2,000 m3, together with our own pumping equipment capable of supplying the entire urbanization in summer and winter. Each of the four phases of the Costa Ancor development is designed in two-storey buildings, preserving the visual impact on the privileged surroundings of Villaverde.

The perimeter insulation of the house with Mineral Rock Wool is considered to be the best thermal, waterproof and fireproof insulation in recent years, as well as being non-carcinogenic and non-polluting.

In addition, Casilla de Costa has several fire hydrants installed in the complex, which are hardly visible on the island.

The communal areas are cared for without the use of chemical products and are maintained thanks to the use of our own state-of-the-art water recycling plant. At the same time, we offer a biological plant control service in gardens and flowerbeds for environmentally friendly development.

The optimal control of the general sewage network is a service included in the maintenance of the urbanization, which would otherwise be both unfavourable for the environment and inconvenient for the owners.
